There aren't many producers of hand-painted porcelain in the U.S.A. Murray, based in Yardley, Pennsylvania, imports white porcelain “blanks” from Limoges, France and then has them overglaze-painted in the eighteenth- and nineteenth-century tradition (a la Meissen and Herend).
