Product Description
This is a fabulous Laguiole 4 Steak Knife Set with Vallernia Wood Handles in a natural wood box by France's Claude Dozorme. We are an Authorized Dealer of these fine instruments.
This set has a full tang feature where the polished stainless steel blade extends down the entire length of the handle. It has elaborate edge detail and the full tang delivers better strength as well as improved balance. The handle are made of Vallernia Wood.
The vallernia handles with brass bolsters and etching down the tang of each blade give this set a very elegant look. It's heirloom quality that can be passed down to future generations.
Laguiole, a small Aveyron village, lent its name to the famed curved knife with the bee motif. Master Cutler Claude Dozorme was one of the first to introduce this motif as a model for the table.
We recommend hand-washing to preserve the finishes.
